Saudi intelligence service behind Syria's terrorist incidents

Tehran, May 14, (ICANA) – Top advisor to Majlis Speaker in international affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam says that the Saudi intelligence service is behind the terrorist incidents in Syria.

In an interview with ICANA on Monday, Sheikholeslam said, "Some Arab countries including Qatar and Saudi Arabia, backed by Turkey, are continuing to provide the terrorists with money and weapons."

"Moreover," he continued, "they send their trained forces to strengthen the terrorist activities inside Syria."

"Despite massive efforts by the United States and France which have been aimed at fomenting the crisis in Syria, the Syrian people showed their support for Bashar al-Assad in the recent parliamentary election," he added.
