Reformists can regroup for presidential election if Khatami returns

Tehran, April 12 (ICANA) – Member of Majlis minority faction Mohammad Reza Khabbaz has said that reformists can regroup to engage in political activities for the next presidential election in 2013 if former president Mohammad Khatami spearheads their campaign.

Khabbaz said on Wednesday that Khatami’s participation in the March parliamentary election has paved the way for his return to the country’s political stage.
